The Mathematics Department thrives, and our students achieve well. A Level Mathematics is our most popular A Level course, with a cohort of students choosing Further Maths as an additional A Level. Our core purpose is to enable our learners to achieve their full potential by igniting their curiosity and determination. The department offers a full curriculum, including Further Maths and Statistics at GCSE and Further Maths at A Level. The Mathematics Department is based in a new teaching building, which opened in September 2021 and boasts a state-of-the-art learning environment.
We welcome applications from creative and dynamic teachers who can contribute to this vision. Although the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent teaching and learning, we also welcome applications from ECTs.
The main campus for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, you may be required to work at other campuses connected to TWGSB.
