Our Humanities status facilitated the following developments:

• Refurbishment of the Geography Suite
• Refurbishment of school hall as audio-visual presentation suite
• Purchase of 100 Asus Minibook portable computers for students
• Purchase and development of Virtual Learning Environment
• In-class technology for all Humanities subjects
• Three new members of support staff for Humanities departments
• Development of new innovative, cross-curricular projects for students
• Increased training opportunities for teachers and support staff
• Development of after-school/extended school opportunities for our community partners
• Increased opportunities for pupils to participate in clubs and extension work.

The impact on pupils is evident in their increased participation in a wide range of activities.
