Our Food and Nutrition Department have provided form tutors with a number of activities based along the following themes:
Day 1- Have Breakfast
Day 2 - Have 5 a day
Day 3 - Drink plenty
Day 4 - Get active
Day 5 - Make a change
We have a smoothie bike coming into school from Tuesday to Friday which we will show the students in assembly and play with in the food rooms.
We will also be selling fruit kebabs/smoothies at break-times .
