TWGSB allotment produces a warming lunchtime soup
The aim of the Eco Club’s allotment venture is to give students skills and knowledge in food growing. They worked hard toiling the land last year and have produce some rather fine leeks. To raise funds for the club, the boys have decided to give staff a chance of savouring their produce by making leek and potato soup.
