International Links & Visits

As a Humanities School we are very keen to develop global links. We already have an exchange relationship with a school in South India which we are developing through the use of video-conferencing technology. We are also investing in software which will allow us to have links with hundreds of schools throughout the world.

Our intention is that these informal links between students will develop to include visits and exchanges but we see the main benefits in the classroom where we can use our ICT developments to allow our students to exchange ideas and understanding with young people in very different contexts. This should improve the breadth and depth of our students’ work and help them to deal with the complex issues that we all face.
