Own Clothes Day
We are now in the build up to the schools Christmas Fair which is our biggest fundraiser and we need lots of help from you to make it a success.
On Friday 24 November the school will have a non-uniform day in exchange for a donation from the list below which can be handed to a member of the PTA in the Main Hall. These donations stock our hugely popular bottle and chocolate tombola’s and allow us to make up lots of hampers for our hamper stall.
We would like to ask for donations of chocolates, bottles and gifts which can be brought in on Friday 24 November. We would also like lots of homemade cakes, large or small, that can be sold with refreshments. These can be bought in on Friday 24 November all day or on Saturday 25 November before 11.30am.
Years 7 and 8 – Chocolates - boxes, bars, bags, ‘Jam Jar’ filled with Sweets
Year 9 – Luxury Toiletries and Gifts - good quality soaps, hand lotion, etc or items suitable for Boys, (sport items/gum shields/body spray etc) Please no bric-a-brac.
Year 10 – Luxury Food for Christmas Hampers - (not homemade) cakes, chutneys etc
Years 11, 12 and 13 – Bottles of any type - wine, beer, fizzy drinks, cordials, squash etc
Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you all at the Fair. We will have the ‘Game Zone’ returning with Xbox games and fun for the boys, providing hours of entertainment while parents shop at our great variety of stalls and relax with a coffee and some cake.
See you there!
